Sporting Scene, now in its' 29th year, is a tabloid newspaper dealing with amateur sports in Toronto and surrounding areas.
It is published monthly 11 times per year from August through to June (Not published in July).

Sporting Scene is available free of charge at 114 arenas and over 65 independant sporting goods stores and retailers in the GTA from Brampton and Oakville in the west to Oshawa in the east and north to Thornhill. Effective January, 2007 we have expanded to be available in Burlington, Richmond Hill, Newmarket and Aurora.

Although predominatly hockey oriented, we accept articles and photos of any amateur sports teams and/or individuals which are published free of charge.
It is our hope that, by seeing their names and pictures in print, the participants will enjoy their sport even more and perhaps be encouraged to continue to play in their chosen activity, thereby making them better citizens in our community.

Individual's and team articles are published free of charge.
We encourage all of our readers to submit articles on their sport, be they winners or simply participants of the game.
Articles can be e-mailed in a Microsoft Word attachment and photos can be e-mailed as a separate j-peg attachment (please do not embed your photo in the Word attachment).
